SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You can purchase your items online and have them delivered directly to your door. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery and managing your order. Shipping is free on all orders. Greselect uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description and total price.

Ships Time

The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. The item will leave our warehouse 1-3 business day after you place your order. While Greselect works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery Time

Average transit time is 2-7 business days. Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions and holidays affecting parts of our fulfillment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our delivery are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after the expected date despite you ordering before the last order date provided.

Carrier Delivery Options

Greselect chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Greselect. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Free Taxes

All taxes and Customs fees will already be paid. You pay only what you pay at checkout.

Amend Your Order

We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount.

If you do not accept or sign for the package when it’s delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to one of our warehouses in C/O 14310 Ramona Avenue Chino California 91710. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Greselect wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

30 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Our return policy allows you to return the product purchased on greselect.com within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from us for any reason.

To Qualify for a Refund, All The Following Conditions Must Be Met:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from us within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a RMA, contact Our Service Team at support@greselect.com

2. If the reason for return is not as a result of a product failure, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

3. The RMA number and necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, phone numbers, address, email, purchased date, etc.) must be clearly displayed on the printing template provided by Our Service Team or written on paper by the customer, and must be included along with the returned product.

4. Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

5. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

6. Authorization to return does not guarantee credit or exchange. We will issue an exchange or credit upon receipt of the return package.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

2. Products ordered in November and December can be returned before January 31st of the following year.

3. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrapping fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable, unless the return is due to inherent product defects. If your order contains multiple products and you only return a part of them, do note that total shipping charges are not refundable. Partial shipping charges are also not refundable.

4. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

5. If you return a product to us, (a) without a RMA from us (b) without all parts included in the original package, we retains the right to refuse delivery of such return.

Limited Product Warranty

We warrants the original purchaser that your product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period aforementioned.
We do not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for damage arising from failure to following instructions relating to the product's usage.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by greselect within the Warranty Period, greselect will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts or, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the products are sold by greselect, and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

A Warranty Service Order must be requested from greselect within Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact Our Service Team support@greselect.com

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by greselect Outlet. In accordance with applicable law, greslect may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and greselect will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for greselect, that can be identified by the "greselect" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-greselect products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by greselect or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of greselect. Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

greselect reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, greselect shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when greselect has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Note: Business lease, wire transfers, and money orders are ineligible payment methods for pickup items.

Some payment types are ineligible for orders that ship to multiple addresses. If you are using an ineligible payment type for an order shipping to multiple addresses, you will either need to change the payment method, or ship your order to a single address.

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account Verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security Codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa/UnionPay) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. Any gift card issued by a credit card company can be used as a method of payment when buying from Greselect Store online. During checkout, if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company, you can combine it with one credit card.
